If you need to see or speak to a GP, then you can book an appointment by calling us on 01672 870388 or using our online system. Our appointments are booked at 15-minute intervals, unless with a training GP that may have a longer time period.

Types of appointments
Non Urgent / Routine
To book an appointment at our Surgery, you can do so by using your online services, or by calling us on 01672 870388, or popping into the Surgery. Appointments can generally be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, consulting times are detailed on the home page.
Nurse appointments need to be booked by calling us or in person as depending which service the Nurse is providing, the correct amount of time is allocated.
Please advise our Reception Team if you wish to see a particular doctor, and they will be able to advise on availability.
You can also call NHS 111 for general medical advice.
Urgent Appointments
We hold back a number of appointments each day, for patients with acute medical conditions, that need to be seen the same day.
We allocate these appointments in time order.
These appointments are intended for patients with an acute medical/clinical need.
Inappropriate use of these slots is likely to lead to genuinely ill patients having to wait longer to see a doctor.
Our Reception Team may need to ask questions, as set out by our Doctors, and will advise you accordingly.
Emergencies
If you feel that you need to see a doctor immediately and your symptoms are giving you real cause for concern, please telephone our reception on 01672 870388 and we will give you a time for an urgent same day appointment.
Alternatively if you feel that it is life threatening dial 999 immediately.
