We are pleased to have registered as a breast-feeding friendly practice.
The aims of the Breastfeeding Network's Breastfeeding Friendly scheme are to:
- Support and empower families to feel confident breastfeeding out and about, as is their legal right
- Offer a way for businesses to show that they are working towards welcoming and supporting breastfeeding
- Raise awareness about the benefits of breastfeeding and of the barriers parents may face
Look out for our poster and Certificate of Commitment in our waiting room. You are most welcome to breast feed in our waiting room and during consultations, if you would prefer privacy please speak to the reception staff to see if there is a free room for you to use.
